At cupcakes and cashmere, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
